National Origin Discrimination

Federal law prohibits many forms of discrimination based on someone’s nation of origin, culture, ethnicity or perceived ethnicity. Permanent residents of the US also enjoy the right to be free from discrimination based on their race, ethnicity, and national origin -- in employment, education, health care, and housing (in addition to other settings).
